Machine is suitable for filling wide range of product and pack-sizes starting from 10ml to 1000ml depending on the highly accurate leak proofs syringes. A by-pass provided with the syringe helps for arresting liquid between the two cycles of the filling. Variable speed drive helps to controls the overall speed of the machine which can be adjusted as per the type of liquid and the speed of the operator. Batch variation in liquid can be easily adjusted by the volume adjustment nut which reduces or increases the stroke of the syringe thus provides desired output and improved accuracy.
Machine can fill up to 15 containers in minute depending on the flow-ability of the liquid and pack- size. Machines can be provided with 2, 4, 6 and 8 head mechanism with the filling jig to manage multiple heads without the need to conveyorised system.
