Continuous Band Sealer-30

For-Bro make Continuous Band Sealer series CBS-30 is state of the art, time tested automatic sealing machines ideal for chemical, food, Detergent, sugar and Salt industry. These sealers are used for sealing voluminous quantities of products due to its heavy duty design and capability to operate for long hours. These sealers are versatile sealing machines for sealing of preformed pouches made up of heat sealable Virgin/Laminated material. Temperature can be adjusted to seal various types of pouch material and thickness.

Sealing is achieved by heat conducted through Teflon coated gripper belts. The hot Gripper belts carry the pouch and cause localize melting of pouch material and subsequent sealing by metallic and rubber pressure roller. The pouch carrying conveyor and gripper belts are driven by common drive resulting in synchronous movements of pouches.
