Automatic Lid Pressing Machine

We offer fully automatic Cap Press or Lid press machine to press HDPE inner cap on firm HDPE bottles. The machine works by pneumatically operated cylinders and slat chain conveyors. The machine is designed in such a way that the bottles pass on the conveyor, is then sensed by the photo sensor. This activates the pneumatic indexers which stops the bottle exactly beneath the pneumatic pressing unit. The pneumatic actuator pressing the lid/inner lug tightly on the bottle. Once the operation is completed, the indexer opens and bottle passes to the next station. The machine is very easy to use and maintain. The changing of height for various size of bottle size is just by hand wheel rotation.

The overall construction of the machine is sturdy and made with high quality of steel for long life. Inner caps cab able to pressed using the same machine. The pneumatic cylinder is provided with cushioning arrangement for adjusting the overall pressure application on the bottles. These machines are highly customized based on client requirements.
