We offer fully automatic Lid press machine to press HDPE inner cap on firm HDPE bucket/ jars/ pails. The machine works by heavy duty rollers and slat chain conveyors. The machine is designed in such a way that the buckets pass on the conveyor, and is then pressed by the heavy duty inclined rollers which securely tightens the lid on the buckets. The machine is provided with hand wheels for height adjustment for different bucket size. The same can be motorized for ease of operation. The machine is very easy to use and maintain.
The overall construction of the machine is sturdy and made with high quality of steel for long life. Inner caps cab able to pressed using the same machine. The pneumatic cylinder is provided with cushioning arrangement for adjusting the overall pressure application on the bottles. These machines are highly customized based on client requirements.
