AP-100J works on the principle of positive displacement of screw. The most important aspect of jumbo Auger filling machine is that the main hopper can hold large quantity of product thus reducing the material handling efforts as higher pack-size will need frequent replenishing of product in main hopper. Machine can be controlled using a simple photo-sensor based digital controller or PLC based control panel.
Jumbo version of the Auger filler machine can handle the pack size starting from 50gms to 5000gms at an accuracy of +/-1.5-2%. Jumbo Auger fillers are available in wide range including Servo controlled PLC based GPM models.
