Automatic Capping Machine

FOR-BRO offers complete Automatic capping machines in two variants i.e. Screw type capping and ROPP capping. Screw capping machines are suitable for capping Plastic threaded caps on bottles and jar whereas ROPP capping is best suitable for metal caps on bottle and jar.

Model SC-80A is a high speed 4 head fully automatic capping machine with automatic cap placement. This machine can run upto a speed of 80 caps per minute.

Pre-filled bottles/containers are continuously fed to capping head through conveyor belt. The bottles are then fed in to the star wheel. ROPP caps from the orientation unit automatically feeds caps in correct direction before entering into delivery chute. Once the Bottle is positioned below the rotating capping head, out of 4 rollers, two rollers will Skirt, Spins and Seals the cap and other two roller will provide threading according to bottle neck diameter. Once the Cap is tightly sealed on the bottle, rotating head will automatically release the bottle and which in turn will come out of the star wheel and will be assembled on the rotary table OR can be conveyed to the inspection station Or labelling station.
