Versatile Automatic filling line is designed and developed for filling powders into rigid containers/Tins fed automatically through the conveyor and turn table. Automatic container filling line is suitable for pharmaceutical, Chemical and Food industries where high speed filling is required. These machines can be provided with multiple head filling as well in line with client requirements.

The machine is designed to handle a wide range of products and pack sizes starting from 10gms to 1000gms. High speed and accuracy can be achieved by using change parts as per the product and pack sizes. The machine is provided with built in turn table and bottle conveyor for bottle/Jar movement. The dozing unit, an Auger filler is provided with electromagnetic clutch/brake unit and electronic counter with photoelectric sensor for providing the desirable product output into the bottles.

The line consists of 5 components namely

a) Turn table OR Rotary table for feeding empty bottles

b) Bottle conveyor for transferring the bottles/Containers

c) Dozing unit – Twin Auger Fillers

d) Indexing system and Control.

e) Screw feeder for powders for automatic feeding in the hopper

Indexing Mechanism Pneumatics Camozzi make pneumatics for stop, lift, and gap maintenance.
Operations The bottle will be stopped at the filling station and lifted up along with the load cell. The bottle will be lowered on the chain, after filling, for transfer further.
Auger filler mounting The auger filler, load cell platform and the lifting mechanism are mounted at the indexing station.
