Semi-Automatic labelling machine mainly has three components or modules i.e. label roller to mount the pre-printed label roll, label dispensation and wrapping for separating the label from the sticker roll and activation switch.
These machines are suitable labelling bottles, cans, glass bottles, pet jars, containers of different sizes.
In the semi automatic labelling machine for flat bottles, self adhesive labels can be applied on flat, oval, square as well as tapered bottles with the help of a foot switch. The machine is capable of labelling 20 to 25 bottles/min.
