ALC-100P Paste Filler is a versatile filling machines for viscous liquid and thick pastes. ALC-100P Filler is a dual mode machine which can work on both volumetric and weigh metric filling. Weigh metric filling negates the product batch variation, Gravitational force and Atmospheric impact on product parameters. Machine works on the principle of closed loop feedback where the weight of the material is continuously sent back to the controller which compares the weight with the expected/set weight. As soon as the weight is reached, pneumatic actuator will closed the valve. Course and fine setting, bag/container weight tare, in flight material compensation helps to achieve higher accuracy. Again the machine can be operated in manual and auto mode to suit the operator efficiency and skill set.
