Semi Automatic Lid Pressing Machine

We offer heavy duty lid press machine to press lids on firm HDPE buckets. The machine works by pneumatically operated cylinders. The pneumatic circuit is designed in a way that both hands are occupied while pressing the lid. This acts as a safety feature of the machine are avoids injuries. The machine is very easy to use and maintain. The changing of height for various size of buckets is done by rotating the screws and nut of each size individually and the securely tightening them. The system can have either a single cylinder system or double cylinder depending on the air trap condition in the buckets.

The overall construction of the machine is sturdy and made with high quality of steel for long life. Inner caps cab able to pressed using the same machine. The pneumatic cylinder is provided with cushioning arrangement for adjusting the overall pressure application on the bottles. These machines are highly customized based on client requirements.
