Automatic Liquid Filler Two Head

For-Bro Engineers, brings a fully Automatic Servo controlled liquid filling Machine for filling liquid and viscous material as Soap, Oil, Pesticide, fertilizers and chemicals.

As the industries are moving towards the customized packaging to suite the wide range of client base where wholesale clients prefer to have higher pack-sizes whereas Retail user demands smaller pack sizes. In a conventional piston /syringe based liquid filling machines it is a must to have a syringe for various sizes to suite their requirement.

Multi-head servo pump based liquid filling machines are the solutions to meet these requirements. Pack-size can be simply change from the PLC based control panel without needing to change any components. Pump controls the coarse and fine filling to provide the higher accuracy.

Empty containers are fed under the discharge nozzle via slat conveyor either manually or fed through the rotary turn table. As soon as the empty containers reach under the discharging nozzle, Pneumatic actuator stops the bottle and holds them at the right position for filling. Once the desired quantity is reached, machine stops automatically and releases the bottles for the next cycle. Filled bottles can be fed to the automatic capping and labelling machines.

Multi-level password protection, Data logging and reporting and Pre-set Recipe for one touch operations can be provided as per client’s requirements. Machine can also be provided with 4/6/8 head for high-speed high-volume filling.
